FNB MAKES A BIG MESS!!!

It is so frustrating that I'm unable to receive my outstanding royalties from @SAMRO: Because when SAMRO verifies my banking details, it says my name doesn't match. I spoke to a consultant, and there was an 'F' before my surname, and I was assured that it was fixed. I just received an email from SAMRO stating that the name still does NOT match! it is so infuriating that FNB entered my surname incorrectly, and I have to suffer for it!
