FNB Make Reporting ***** Difficult

I urgently need to report a *****ulent ****, I cannot get through to someone on the app as it fails giving a system error and speaking to someone on the phone is impossible as I just wait in the queue forever, I spent 20 minutes on it earlier with no hope of something.

How do you report ***** if it is this difficult?

Absolutely pathetic, well done FNB! I manage to report the ***** where you then place my account on a ***** hold! Just absolutely well done, you don't inform me and you say nothing now I cannot buy food because you just decide to place my account in hold! This is ridiculous!

I managed to get someone on the Capitec bank to help withthe matter, they froze the account and need FNB to get in touch with him, can someone please assist asap?
