FNB maintenance AGAIN

When FNB is up and running, it is no better or worse than any other bank, but the constant maintenance is disrupting my banking. Today, maintenance means I cannot perform any PayPal transactions, which means upcoming payments, etc. are going to be delayed. Why this consistent maintenance for hours on end? Is the system such a tangled web of half-fixes due to Agile processes where half-baked software is released and has constantly to be upgraded and fixed? Why is there no indication on the website of how long this maintenance will take? You've done it often enough, so you should be able to provide a reasonable estimate. Funny how you never have a problem taking money off my account, but when I want to use a service, like PayPal, you're offline. This has really put a spanner in the works for me. And btw, your PayPal interface is horrible and the process is slower than the old one. It's all just shoddy, and no pretty photographs encouraging me to bank with you and take out various policies can cover that up.
