FNB maintenance

I am an FNB account holder. Due to the lack of maintaining the FNB app I wanted to book flights on a special where the app kept declining me and reversed the funds after asking one of the bankers the mentioned the app was under maintenance and would not allow a transaction until it was done. The prices of the flights have changed after midnight. I am disgusted with paying high banking fees towards FNB only for me get told that the app will allow me to book tickets after it is done with maintenance.

I now have to take the blow of the cost difference regardless of what the cost is. I will gladly close all my FNB accounts as they disappoint me with their service. Been with FNB for many years and now to be told they feel my pain but won't rectify the issue on hand.
