FNB MAGTAPE UNPAID

Hi follow south africans make sure to check your bank bal everytime a debit goes off mine got returned unpaid with sufficient funds in my account .I had call the customer care line speak to a consultant who still debated with me that the funds in my account were insufficient till i had to have her add with me over the phone and she states you are correct i will log a complaint to date i have had no response from fnb but the unpaid charge was reversed into my account.
