Fnb magtape unpaid

I got a call from my mom medical aid that said they suspending her medical aid due to unpaid funds. I got a sms from fnb on 26 Sept saying that the R2415 was debited from my account. I called discovery again to inquire and they said they got no funds on the 26 Sept which I found strange because I have the sms to show it came off my account. I then looked at my bank statement and this thing of magetape unpaid pops up . I got no sms from fnb saying that the medical aid has not been paid. I mean I went on as normal paying my other bills. How the hell am I supposed to pay the medical aid now. This is not my fault this is the banks now my mom wont get her chronic medication. Please please somebody advise me on what to do now. I dont have that kind of money now to pay. This is so unfair on fnb part. I need urgent help regarding this. This is the first time I'm hearing about this magtape I have no clue as to what this means. I even checked my account the morning I got the sms saying my account as been debited for medical aid and the funds was taken from my account. Me Thinking ok its been paid I can carry on. This is utter **** on fnb how do I pay R2415 now?!!! Fnb needs to fix this asap and pay that money
