FNB magaliesburg, cashier nomalanga

I went there to request a juristic form for my business account ,at magaliesburg branch,the lady nomalanga was not friendly,she didn't want to listen to what I was there for,she was busy laughing with fellow employees,I felt so low,so disappointed
