FNB Mafikeng CBD branch

Recieved bad service from Mafikeng CBD branch on the15/09/2022.No branch manager only 1 teller working with over 20 people waiting to be serviced. Most of them were pensioners and I personally waited 30mins just to get to the help desk. Can get

I'm taking that FNB Mafikeng CBD branch to Ombudsman for Banking services.
