FNB made me lose alot of money

I dont know where to begin, wasted 150 rand on airtime, get disconnected when they put me through to another department,back and forth all day for 2 days straight and cant fix my problem. My crypto wallet cannot receive any more fund with my card linked to it.no one told me about there new policy and flagged my account for crypto.i lost 2000 rand in business ove the 2 days, they dont care they just do and not notify about new policies...waht a load of bull,i hate this bank after 25 years i am going to another bank
