FNB made account inactive without notice

I wrote a review on Hellopeter.com on 13 October 2022, and the issue has not been resolved!

My father is disabled and I do his online banking on his behalf. I can't make any payments on FNB website and got Error Code 217 RefVODS7GZJHR1J. Month end is approaching and i am getting very worried that no payments will go through....

Very disappointed in FNB. Please rectify as I can't make any payments and there are some critical payments that needs to be made.
