FNB Lying on ITC

FNB is the worst and most pathetic institution I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and honestly are fking ar$$holes. In February I took out a temp loan which was repaid at the end of February, however even after receiving their money FNB decided to ***** me over and not bother updating Experian Compuscan, i app**** for a home loan only to be told the application is declined because FNB says I owe them over R5600 for a temp loan which reflects as open and non settled. How the hell can FNB ***** ppl over like this. You got ur money yet 10 months later you don’t give a sh@t and bother updating Experian. I honestly feel u are Pathetic I want EXperian updated immediately not in a weeks time immediately as you fking idiots took ur money yet I’m suffering for ur negligence. If this is not resolved today I’m going to the media and escalating this to ur CEO u are the ****piest bank ever!!!!
