FNB *******ly Transacted on My Share Account

FNB *******ly cashed out my shares to cover my bank fees without my knowledge. They claim to have sent me emails but I did not receive any communication and they have failed to prove otherwise. What they did was ******* and without my consent. I have emailed them but no response. I have emailed the care@fnb email address but also no response. Perhaps this platform will illicit a response.
