FNB *******LY HOLDING OUR R.A. AS A CESSION AGAINST A CLOSES ACCOUNT

FNB Complaint Reference Number ***NF STILL NOT RESOLVED. The last time I submitted this complaint to Hellopeter the comment came back that FNB had resolved this with us - What BS!!! Momentum have requested a letter from them cancelling a cession held on my husbands FNB account that was closed in August 2020. Despite further correspondence from ourselves and Momentum FNB have not sent us the letter and are *******ly holding onto our retirement annuity money that we desperately need.
