FNB *******ly deducts money from

What a terrible bank, the Private Wealth account draw bank fees from my account and the account was nice t active untill yesterday, how is it possible that a new account is drawn money from today when yesterday the first deposit is done to activate the account. The branch manager at Musgrave is struggling to help me get hold of the private banker whom is never available and from the start this private banker is never available at anytime a second complaint l want this banker removed from my account and get another one.
