FNB ********ly blocks accounts

I have been with FNB for all my life, this morning I went to the hardware store to buy a couple of things. Swiped my debit card, (declined), used my credit card (declined). Called the bank and they said my accounts is hard blocked because of tax compliance, i checked it out on the app and they just want me to confirm my tax nr. They made me look like a fool in public all for a confirmation of my tax nr. What a disgrace, where is my rights,to just have an account, the bank should just hold my money and not have the power to block ********ly like they did. they will block your account for the smallest little thing. I will not be using them anymore. If i had the money i would take them to court for this. I will advise anyone not to bank with them.
