FNB LURED US IN THEN ****** US
I’ve had a FNB recurring data plan for years 2gb at R95 now all of a sudden it’s increased by 126% to R215 , how on earth is this possible!
126%!
I suppose you lured us in at first and now you change the price to ***** us all.
After more then 18years with FNB I seems like il be shopping around for a new bank and cellular company.
So sad you have degraded on your initial promises .

10 Jan 2019, 18:21Answer to the complaint was the price increase was part on standardizing and to provide better value for money ! Don’t know how you call a price increase of 126% value for money or claim it’s to satisfy customer satisfaction.
Obsurd.
