FNB Loyalty is not valued

I have banked with FNB for nearly 30 years. My homeloan is also with them. On sunday 31.10.2021 I tried to pay my bond by transfer which is immediate and repeatedly got an error code 17752. It would not accept my transfer. This morning I get a call to say said homeloan has not been paid, which I had done in the interim. I advised the agent what had happened only to be told it will affect my ITC rating. ALL this because YOUR app is not working. Really **** service. The only thing i can say is I will NEVER recommend FNB to anyone
