FNB loves bendint their rules, THEIR WAY!!!

Recently opened a Business account for our newly registered company. Also registered for eBucks, but on the site I am being told I have insufficient monthly deposits??? Already transfered upwards of R25k into the account... how can that not register as "sufficient"... Not the first time eBucks/FNB is dissapointing...

Lets hope they respond to this asap, as I have not received feedback when I use their dedicated complaint/query channels in the past. Only once I complain publically here on HP, I magically receive an immediate response...
