FNB Lotto app fault

Hi... everyone knows that you can play lotto throught the FNB app. Very convenient, though we have been *******... Under the collection, Play lotto, you can manually select or spin to select between 6 numbers, but when the lotto results arrive, it is 7 numbers and not 6. Does that mean that the system has slowly taking our bets on 6 number and made sure that we could not win with 7 lotto number results. Will that be fair if FNB will be held responsible to refund every app players bettings due to their fault in the app? Please explain?
