FNB LOTTO

Received two seperate notifications a few days ago which states,

"FNB :-) Your Daily Lotto Multidraw ticket has expired. Use the "History Replay" function to play the same numbers. Winnings will be deposited into your account."

Not entirely sure what this means.

Does this mean that I have un-used tickets that I have not used for an entire year, resulting in it expiring? Or does it mean that I have two tickets that won a certain amount of money, but have not been claimed.

Please elaborate since FNB support just dodges my questions and refers me to the legal document links on the official FNB website.
