FNB lost Value

FNB will give you heart failure. Since we logged a call with ***** department on the 5th June until now we haven't received our refund for the ****med money they promised to pay back. I now lost hope with this bank as I loved it since I joined the bank when I started working more than 10 years back now its a disappointment.
