Fnb lost my money

Very very disappointed in FNB! My credit card payments for last month and this month was deducted from my Fnb check account and now the bank can't find the money and it's been a month to date that it has not been resolved that today's payment is also "lost" and I keep getting calls from fnb demanding payment... THAT WENT OFF DEBIT ORDER FROM FNB TO FNB YET CAN'T BE FOUND! And I'm paying interest and even a double payment this month because no one at fnb can find where the money went to and only Ntombi from Fnb village Square is trying her best to assist! Your agents are hounding me every day for a month and I explain this to them daily maybe 5x a day they call for a whole month!! My payment went off today and it never reached fnb credit cars now my app says I'm in arrears! It's depressing and I'm having sleepless nights about this. Where did my money go and my credit score will drop because of fnbs incompetence 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I really need to change banks!.. Where's my money😱
