FNB lost my money

I had R1 349,29 in a FNB Business Savings Pocket Account up to 31 December 2019. Then the account and money disappeared. I spent nearly 2 hours on Saturday 4 January 2020 with various sections of the FNB Call Centre, without any success in finding the missing money. I lodged a support ticket ref ***Q on Monday 6 January 2020. Someone form FNB phoned on 7 January with the news that the money would be paid into my business account. By 21 January 2020 I had not received any further contact, and the money was still missing. I lodged support ticket ref *** on 21 January 2020. It is Monday 3 February 2020, the money is still missing, and no response received from FNB. Anyone willing to trust their money with FNB?
