FNB LOST MY MONEY

I registered a business with FNB and they did not give me any of the company names I wanted with no valid reason, but the take the monthly fee off that account. I had another account with them 6249... and R45 000 was deposited into that account but when I check on the account there is nothing. I called the FNB business banking department and they transferred me three times then left me on hold. I went into the east gate branch and consulted with a Ms Ndlovu she told me she has no idea where my money is. I had to eventually take a loan to cover my business expenses which they will charge interest on. So what ever happens I LOOSE and FNB WINS. I am not sure if this is how FNB operates but it is not right. Please tell me where is my money so I can carry on with my business. I closed all my credit accounts in December because I do not want unnecessary debt but you have forced me into dept
