FNB Lost my father's last will of testament

My father took a will with FNB, it was done at Katlehong branch assisted by Thobile Khumalo to communicate with Fiduciary department. I am so disappointed to find out that today when my dad is no more and estate has to be finalized by the layer's that Thobile lost an Original Will. She is unable trace it ,Its been 8 weeks with no trace and no sign of Empathy from Simphiwe the branch manager. I reported the matter to the branch manager thinking he will take action and take the matter seriously however he has shown no interest at all. Fnb you failed my family and my father's wish and broke our trust. The will was delivered to the branch in December however it has been lost.
