Fnb lost my business bank card

I'm disappointed with the poor service of fnb for years. I have a business and personal account with them and i always received pathetic service. My business bank card expired on 31/03/21. After the long easter weekend i went to get a new card. They told me that my card was already ordered on 26/03/21 and its with the courier company. On the 15/04/21 i went to fnb again for my card and they told me its still with courier company. The staff didnt even know which courier company my card is with. Today is 20/04/21 still no sign of my card. I cannot do any business because i cannot swipe for stock neither can i withdraw cash. How does fnb expect me to run a business with an expired card. I cannot even swipe for fuel. Who gave the right to fnb to give my card with a pin number to the courier company. They were supposed to have my card there and notify me to collect. My card with my pin is private, how stupid can they be to give my card to a courier company. I have to come to hello peter to complain about this useless bank that cant manage their clients cards. And tomorrow all my money will disappear from my account and fnb will be clueless. I had to write to hello peter because money can go missing from my account at anytime and it will be fnb fault.
