FNB LOST CARD ****

I reported a ***** matter to FNB ***** division, i had lost my card in April stopped that card and I did a new card, life went on . So on the 21st September I realized that there were transactions on my account which I knew nothing about, apparently I had been swiping in toll gate plaza's across the country mind you the card in question is that card that I had reported lost, which I assume has been blocked or cancelled from the system considering I have a new card now. . I went to the branch and they gave me a phone to contact the ***** line, when I did, they said they saw that transactions were happening from that lost card that should have stopped. On the 25 September they called me apologized for the inconvenience caused and they have escalated the matter. fast forward 26 September I woke up with many more transactions on that same card that they said should have been stopped, they don't know how it is still working. The funny part about all this is that I do not qualify for an overdraft however when ********** activities happen I some how qualify. All I have is this useless reference number they gave for me to follow up on, however these ********** transactions are still taking place on my account even when I logged a complaint I don't know if they are *********** or this is an inside job **** that they use to **** people out of their monies and yet they still got the nerve to tell me my ACCOUNT IS OVERDRAWN AND I NEED TO PUT MONEY ON MY ACCOUNT.I AM HURT AND DISAPOINTED THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT YOU ARE DOING INSTEAD THESE TRANSACTIONS HAVE GONE WORSE SINCE REPORTED THE INCIDENT. NO WONDER WHY THE BANKING SECTOR IS LIKE THIS IT IS FULL OF *********** PEOPLE AND THEY ARE WORKING FOR FNB THESE ******.
