FNB Lost both my Business and Personal Funds

Funds have been disappearing from both my sbusi ess and personal accounts from FNBA, including the huge negative balance I suddenly woke up to this morning.

Upon my physical visit to the bank, though they can't trace as to where the funds disappeared to, they still tell me to wait. Even their App is faulty and inaccurate with dates.

I don't have the luxury of time to keep visiting thehtbranches due to being hands-on with my business. I just want my funds reimbursed.

If they don't respond, I'm taking the complaint on viral on my so ial platforms, opening a case, and getting my Lawyer to attend to it.
