FNB loses the plot completely - new customers beware

After wiping out all my account profiles (‘sorry we were trying something and it somehow wiped your profiles clean’ - then spending two hours in a branch and slowly rebuilding each profile then discovering that all my accounts have limited functionality and now sitting back in branch waiting for the 1 hour queue to be served only to find that you waiting system wiped me out without serving me…. Need I go on,Something has happened at FNB and you are not telling. Your systems have gone horribly wrong. Would strongly and highly recommend that new clients stay away until they get themselves back on track. This is an embarrassing mess!!!
