FNB Loses documents
2 years ago, give or take, I got a linked account to one of mine. walked in PERSONALLY with the other person getting the other card, handed in all documents that were required.
Today I get an email stating that the "FNB does not have those documents" and that I need to send them within 15 days or they will suspend the other card.
Why am I trusting FNB with my finances when they can't even keep documents??!
