FNB loses business documents

Om 30 May, I app**** for an online business account assisted by Tshepo Nkosi. The documents were sent to me, I signed them and submitted the lot to L. Joko at their Vincent bank who called Nkosi for a delivery address. I went home believing that the account was active.

Strangely I kept on receiving reminders to submit the same documents and visited L.Joko and met her team leader who confirmed that the documents were sent to the branch Nkosi had preferred but he said he had not received same.

Last week, I got rejected by the government database as the account number was invalid. I sent an email to Nkosi enquiring about this. Once again, he said I never returned the documents. I am sitting with an ATM card I cannot operate with. This has a massive impact on a small business.

I really need assistance with this as I did what I had to and left the forms ibside FNB believing all was well.

I am not sure what I have to do as I have to submit a business proposal to submit this Wednesday at 11h00..
