FNB Loses all your documents
I was called by the branch manager telling me how I should present all the documents that they initially received when we opened the account 5 years ago because they have no record of it. They cannot issue our new card without it and they have blocked our internet banking because of it.

The only solution they have is to sit in a line in the branch and do everything from scratch. I am trying to explain that we have moved offices, this is a very busy time of the month and I do not have time to sit in a branch to sort out the mess they created. It is time to pay our employees and we cannot do it because FNB lost all our documents. How does this happen? Where are all those personal information of ours? How secure is my business really with them? How secure is my money if they allow something like this?

I have to lose money to sit in line and re-present all the documents, they have no alternative! I just want my money and I never want anything to do with FNB ever! I do not have time to sit in line and to close my business for a day, and where do I make up that time with the work that I have lost because I have to wait forever for assistance?!
