Fnb loosing transactions

On black friday the 28th of November 2025. Money went off my bank account and the slip showed as declined. I had to pay again for the serive. I called FNB they said the money will be refunded. I tried since then to see the reversal, making contact on the secure chat services, but the amount is just missing now and apparently I have been refunded. There is no money that came back at all, but it went off.
