FNB looses my salary

my salary was paid in on 24 february, I have still to receive it from fnb, I have been struggling since last week with the non excistant premier banking side, they dont know what to do, they will escilate the matter as they are not equipped to handle anything! I have been told my money is in swaziland and now its sitting in botswana. I have never received this kind of service in my life! I would like my money to be paid over now please! Then have an advisor from fnb advise me on which bank to got to as at this point in time beep bank is much better!
