Fnb looks out for service providers and not for their own customers

Apperantly fnb does not do reverse debit orders which are more than R200 in this covid 19 period. I have been trying to reverse two debit orders via the app no luck I have called fnb nothing I even went to the fnb branch of which I was told that fnb doesn't do reverse debit orders, mind you I am being debited for a service I canceled long time ago. Now money is being taken out of my account for a service I don't even have in this Economical hard times
