FNB - Looking after themselves not their clients

FNB - DISGUSTING BANK LEAVE THEM THEY ***** FROM THEIR CLIENTS

Today i tried to close a bank account i have with FNB to try save on bank fees and money due to been in a financial struggle as so many out there. According to my app there is a nil balance showing on that account, when i called and tried to close this account i was told i had to pay R265.00 as all of a sudden i was in areas. It has become very clear that FNB is only about making money for FNB and will take food out of the poor mouths of their clients.
