fnb locks my account but take monthly fees for years

i have released to him bitcoins worth R150000.00 after he sent all the required documents to me but my problem is that my fund where locked in my account and mr mziwakhe also advise that he paid other two trader and their funds were locked then released then he gave me a phone number for samantha triegaardt ***. i tried and tried to call this number from 2017 then it was not working even today. i even went to the branches several times then they only tell me they have escalated the case fnb will call me,

for years i have been trying to get my funds released but no luck. even yesterday 09 april 2020 i called fnb then option 2 i waited on the call for 40 min then the only thing i was told was that they escalated the case and fnb will contact me soon just as they do in the past years but no luck till today. i am frastrated i dont know what to do about this.

and the sad part is why if the account is locked then fnb takes monthly charges as if the account is operating, im so ****ed the way this thing operate because im always told to wait for a call that never comes

fnb i will send all the proof please remove the hold on my account so i remove my funds then i will also need to close my business account i am no longer in bitcoin business or any other business. please call me upon receiving this on 0733****08.
