FNB lock my account for what i know nothing about

FNB blocked my account for what I know nothing about and then sent my details to safps. Please read my response to their email. Till this hour, FNB refused to unlock my account. This has been going on now for almost a month, I can't pay my rent, I can't pay kids fee and I am stuck

I hope this email finds you well. I received your letter dated 2020-08-07. First of all, it is deplorable that we still have personalities working in an organization such as FNB (***** department) who base their interpretation, not on facts and evidence, but rather on an established perception mindset. It pierces my heart. I would not grieve for what I knew annihilation about; I am taking this up to the highest level I can to get my name redeemed from this gross-prejudice done towards my person. I have attempted to explain to this lady who, as a matter of fact, is one of the ********* people I have ever conversed with (Pearl Morokane) FNB can do better than that.

The issue on the ground is frustrating in the sense that I discern annihilation about what I am being accused of. I have a friend who we had known for a very long time; as a matter of fact, we are like brothers, his senior brother, who as a permanent residence, supported me a lot when I came to South Africa 2010. This friend of mine reached me and needed some loan from me, he wanted me to help him transfer money to his brother in Nigeria, and according to him, the brother is in an impasse. My first solicitude was that why not ask your senior brother, I go to him also when I need aid, but he said he doesn't want to disturb his senior brother because he (my friend) is selling some of the old stuff that he doesn't need and the buyer is hesitating. So I should help him transfer 500,000 thousand naria from my account in Nigeria to his brother's account in Nigeria, and once the buyer pays him later in the day, he will wire the Rands into my FNB account. I said okay, I requested him to send me the account details and I transferred the money to his brother. The WhatsApp communication I had with him on that day 6th, I screenshotted it and sent to Pearl Morokane and also send her a statement of my bank account in Nigeria where that money was transferred. I will be sending that to you also for your records.

FNB blocked my account, saying apparently, the guy that bought those stuff from my friend, that the buyer account was used for *****, and that is the reason my account is being frozen pending investigation. For real? I am a 3rd party; I don't even know that buyer, I explained everything to Pearl Morokane and sent her all the required information needed. But yet she said that my account is terminated. I want my account reinstated; you can't punish me for what I know zilch about. My FNB account has never be reported undeviatingly for violating the terms I signed with FNB. The large amount I sometimes receive on my account is when I tread my cryptocurrency, as that is what I am into. They can go into my account and check the records. Is this ethical? Must I now have to research someone before he pays me the money he owed me? Even my friend told Pearl Morokane that I know zilch about this and that he was only paying me back the loan I gave him.

My wife and I are in the process of buying a property here in Cape Town. The agent told me that we earnestly need to deposit 40,000k rand as soon as we signed the document, so I called the senior brother of my friend to help me with the 40k r, and I will transfer the naria to him which I did. He then asked his brother, to make an ATM deposit into my account, and then he transferred the balance from his business FNB account into my account. I even screenshot the message from our agent and other documents to Pearl Morokane. What do they want from me? I don't know anything about this issue: why am I being punished? I will be forwarding my correspondence with Pearl Morokane to you after the email. If they want to report this to the police, let them inform me of what to do, I will lay a complaint and get him arrested, I don't care, I cant suffer for what I know nothing about. I have three kids at home and a wife and three pet, I have not paid rent this month, I have not paid kids fees, and my pet insurance is overdue. For trying to help someone? Is this rational? Is this not prejudice?

Please, I reemphasize that I know emptiness about this. I will follow up this email with my communication with Pearl Morokane
