FNB Loch Logan… what a wow😩👏

Poor customer service at FNB Loch Logan, Bloemfontein. 11 August 2025

When you enter the branch no one is waiting at the ticket kiosk so that you know you selecting the right service that you need assistance with… after selecting now you gonna wait( feel like I should have brought snacks, food and a toilet because i have been waiting shem).

What are consultants asking people… are we talking about our lives because this makes no sense. There’s also a hint of ****** but choosing not to dwell on that.

On lady keeps going up and down with a tablet but you can see she’s not doing anything

Like now you wonder why you losing clients. People are busy with their lives to be sitting on your branch like this. Your services are just poor mahn
