Fnb location feature, a nightmare

Iv been with FNB since I was a teen but there’s one thing giving me reasons to move banks. Ur location “security” feature is a headache. My precise location has been on the whole time and I’m still not able to make transactions, all transactions including those appearing in my history. What’s the point of having the FNB app? I can’t be held ransom by a bank over phone settings that your app requests but can’t read. It’s month end and I have bills to pay. Don’t push a loyal client to such depths.
