FNB Loans/FNB Loans Legal not updating my repayment history right and it's affecting my credit score.

FNB Loans/FNB Loans Legal still hasn't updated the correct repayment history of the loan I had with them, after numerous attempts to get it sorted nothing and it's affecting my credit score terribly, my Life is stuck because of this. I paid off the loan in November 2022 and was closed by FNB in December 2022 but on ITC still shows I was not paying since 2021 and the balance of the loan was decreasing because I was paying. Please help to send an instruction to the credit bureaus to update it right please 🙏🙏
