FNB loans Unauthorised debits

A payment arrangement with FNB personal loans lawyer to pay R100.per month was ,made and honored . FNB randomly debited my husbands account with more than half his salary leaving us with nothing to survive with causing More problems financial for us .My husband doesn’t earn a lot as he is commission earner and if one look at his stats for the year of last year you will see the highest month Earned is 7000.and the rest of the time is R1500. TO R3000. Then on the 26 February they debited R2982.77 and that was taking half my salary and when I called and asked how can they do this They said they have the right ,they don’t even take into account that I have an arrangement with their lawyers and stuck to the arrangement. Then to make matters worse the guy asked if I wanted to be refunded half of what they took I need to agree to an agreement of R1300.PER MONTH This I cannot afford and they don’t want to listern they forcing me into a high arrangement ,they causing more financial problems for me And Iam scared it will get worse with this arrangement that I was forced on by Nevumbani Avhatakali at personal loans. They have no care or respect to humans needs and daily living.
