FNB LOANS TO CLEAR YOUR NAME

I had a loan with FNB which was settle in Feb 2018 up to date they have not removed it from my name I have tried to apply with other companies and they all are saying no because according to them I have this loan with fnb i am in the possession of a letter saying the account is paid in full i have tried to contact them which i was inform it will take another 10 day so it take nearly 2 years to clear you name from FNB very disappointed in this I have been to the branch they did assist me very good is when you phone in you get this kind of service
