FNB Loans sucks

<p>I took out a loan with FNB in November 2015, and I managed to settle it in July 2016(early settlement). I then called FNB after I settled the loan requesting them to update my ITC status and was told that it will be done. To date(2months later) I have spoken with over 5 consultants, forwarded my ITC report spoken to a supervisor but my ITC report still states that I owe FNB. I am sick and tired of having to call FNB and being placed on hold for over 20minutes by different people only to hear the same story...WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR QUERY. Can someone just update my credit report. Im done with FNB. Im on the verge of closing the so called platinum cheque account that I have because im not getting any assistance at all. </p>
