FNB Loans still deducting and no answer or rep****

am currently not happy with FNB at the moment. i am currently under debt review and fnb have been notified and they stopped taking the monthly premium but there is still money for the loan that they deducting. i made an enquiry regarding it on the 07july till todate am not assisted not got a call from fnb to explain what is going on. also the debt review company tried to communicate with fnb loans department they where not answered.
