FNB Loans saves my cruise holiday!

On Sunday I made a big mistake and transferred money into a loan account that I could not get back myself. This money was my spending money for a cruise I was going on with my Mom whom I had not seen in 4 years! I was so angry with myself.

I phoned the FNB Loan Department and the very kind lady assisted me. My heart sank as she said it will take 5 - 10 business days to "refund" the money. She said that she has escalated the request to her manager to see if the manager can get it done faster.

The very next day the money was returned to my account!
