Fnb loans poor services
Very poor service. I emailed fnb loans department to make special arrangements for while i am on maternity leave and its been a week and noone has gotten back to me. Tried calling twice and waited 45 mins on the 1st call and an hour on the 2nd call just for someone to pick up and assist me. The full amount was debited from my account because fnb still hasn't gotten back to me. Seriously ****ty service.
