FNB loans - Poor service

FNB loans - unwilling & unhelpful especially Dineo Naape, Sonjica, Vuyokazi and their manager whom has not called us after escalating with the 2 ladies. Dineo Naape, is unprofessional & has no customer service. I have not received a call from a Manager whom is willing to listen & analise my query
