FNB loans pathetic

Let me start of saying if this was done to me how many ather people has FNB this too, in 2015/05/11 took out a personal loan for 36 months subjected to be 39 months due to the January free pass that was ok with me they have been debating me every month no month was skipped my last installment was supposed to be August 2018 only to find out when I check they still say I need to pay September and that will be 40 months . I went to FNB branch no help Called the loans Department what a pathetic service I called to log a case on the 30/08/2018 till today they no feedback called today and that was a total waste of time speaking to all those deferent Agents because not everyone could help and guess what the team leader are never available
