FNB Loans - Paid Up Letter & Credit Record
Such a horrible experience!
My Loan account was referred to Unilaw for collection, the person who was mainly in charge of my file was Ms. Saloshana Naicker (***/***). I entered into a payment arrangement starting from the 25th April 2019 to the 25th June 2019 . I stuck to my payment arrangement and paid off the loan in full & on time.
I contacted Unilaw asking for letters of confirmation that the loan has been paid up, however I was informed that it is FNB's responsibility to provide such letters and to update my credit record.
I then contacted FNB and have been passed from one call centre agent to another. My matter has been referred one of the team leaders - Ms. Shellar Chiloane ***/***) who I last spoke to during the 2nd week of September, when she advised that she would be in contact with me & would resolve the matter.
She has not called me back nor sent any form of feedback about the matter. I have contacted their call centre on numerous occasions, the last time being this morning (30th September 2019, they do not assist in any besides saying they will inform Shellar that I called & that she will get back to me.
I have called the call centre more than 6 times & Shellar's number does not go through. No one ever calls back and the call centre agents refuse to give me a managers number or refer me to any one else senior who can assist. It'has been 3 months since my last payment and this has not been resolved!
The Legal Acc No is: WE5437 FNB Acc No: ***
Hopefully this can be resolved. Sibo - *** (***)

Ms. Mbali advised that she would handle my matter and gave me her office contact details .
Today is the 8th of September (a week has passed) and still nothing. The contact number she gave me is their call- centre number and when I ask for her the call-centre the agents advise that she is unavailable.
This process has been extremely frustrating and no one at FNB seems to be able to help or at least give an account on the steps taken to try and resolve this matter. No one from the complaints team has done anything to resolve this matter.
